Mache 🥗 Also known as corn salad🙂 A winter green with nice nutty flavour, dark green colour, and soft texture. This was a little hard to germinate, however.  Detroit Dark Red beets microgreens💜😀🌿 We'll be starting some to grow to full-size this weekend  Our wintersown red Russian kale coming up nice and stocky 🌿😀  Tried to progagate this Thai basil from Vietnamese pho takeout🍜But lesson learned: don't try to propagate something that is about to go to seed 🌿Did get very pretty flowers, though 🌺  Potato salad for our mealworms 🐛 🥔🌿 Harvested ~6500 mewos this past week for @torontowildlifecentre 🙂We love the work they do for wildlife! 🦊🦆  Ruby red lettuce that was wintersown. One of our first crops of the growing season 🥗🙂  Tiny Tim tomato plant we grew indoors over the winter is now putting out flowers🍅🌿A very small, compact plant that makes tiny tomatoes😀  |
