Crimson lentil sprout on Day 1🌱 Sprouting is the easiest and fastest form of gardening 😀
1) Soak sprouting seeds in water in a clean glass jar overnight. 2) Put cheese cloth over mouth of jar and hold in place with rubber band. This will keep the seeds in the jar when you pour out the water. 3) Pour out water, rinse seeds with fresh water, and prop jar on upside-down into a bowl, leaning on its side, so that residual water can drain out. 4) Place jar somewhere out of direct sunlight (kitchen counter is fine). 5) Rinse seeds twice a day, leaving jar to drain as above. 6) In general, after about 3-5 days, sprouts are ready to eat! 😋 We recommend following the specific instructions on your sprouting seed packet, but this is the general idea.
